What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the agricultural service and repair shop
• Lead, schedule, and support mechanics and technicians
• Ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance of agricultural equipment
• Communicate with customers on service timelines and repairs
• Maintain shop organization, safety, and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Experience in agricultural equipment service or mechanic shop management Strong mechanical knowledge of farm and ag equipment Leadership and team management experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills
