Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Proposal Development & Marketing Specialist to support our proposal development, marketing, and business development efforts.

 

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys writing, research, organization, project coordination, and managing detailed projects from start to finish. The primary focus will be coordinating CSII's RFP and proposal-writing process, with additional responsibilities supporting marketing, client communications, trade shows, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & RFP Development – Primary Focus

• Coordinate the end-to-end RFP and proposal process, ensuring accurate, professional, compliant, and on-time submissions.
• Review RFP requirements; write, edit, organize, and format proposal responses and supporting materials.
• Coordinate required documentation with leadership and internal departments, including Operations, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Legal.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, RFP prospect pipeline, tracking, and submission outcomes.
• Research new RFP opportunities and competitor information.
• Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, response libraries, supporting documentation, and marketing materials.

Marketing & Business Development Support

• Develop and update marketing materials, client presentations, communications, newsletters, and outreach content.
• Support client relationship initiatives, promotional campaigns, gifting, and special projects.
• Assist with website content and maintain consistent branding across materials.
• Coordinate CSII's trade show calendar, including registration, travel, booth materials, promotional items, communications, and event logistics.
• Maintain business development information, contracts, cost proposals, and client/prospect activity within a Sales CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in proposal/RFP development, marketing, communications, business development support, contract administration, or a related role.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with executive leadership.

Preferred Experience

• Proposal or RFP process ownership.
• CRM, marketing, or proposal management platforms.
• AI-powered tools for writing, research, content development, or workflow efficiency.
• Experience in billing, collections, healthcare, financial services, government contracting, or another regulated industry.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Fort Worth, Texas. Occasional travel may be required for presentations or conferences.
