- As Senior Information Security Manager, you will have an active role in operating and continuously improving the Group’s certified Information Security Management System
- Operate, maintain, and further develop the ISMS in line with ISO/IEC 27001 and other applicable requirements
- Take ownership of assigned ISMS topics and drive them independently from analysis through implementation and follow-up
- Further develop tool-based information security risk management and conduct risk assessments with relevant stakeholders
- Support the implementation of legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal information security requirements
- Coordinate information security activities related to certifications and assurance frameworks, including TISAX
- Maintain and further develop information security policies, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation
- Plan and support internal and external audits, assessments, certifications, and effectiveness reviews
- Lead or contribute to information security projects and international workstreams
- Advise business and IT departments on information security requirements, risks, and appropriate solutions
- Support the assessment and management of supplier information security risks
- Collaborate closely with IT, Risk, Compliance, Data Protection, Procurement, and other relevant functions
- Share knowledge and actively contribute to an open, collaborative, and solution-oriented team culture
Use your skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in information security or a comparable role
- Practical experience in operating, maintaining, and developing an ISMS
- Sound knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, information security governance, risk management, and compliance
- Experience with information security risk assessments, audits, or certifications
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive topics to completion
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as the EU NIS2 Directive
- Willingness to continuously learn and take on new or unfamiliar topics
- Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute positively to the team
- Excellent written and spoken English is required
- German language skills are a plus
- Experience with TISAX is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Relevant certifications, such as CISM, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, or comparable qualifications, are an advantage
- Willingness to travel when required
