About the Role 

As a Superintendent, you'll lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll be a hands-on leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and sets the tone for excellence on every project. 

What You'll Do: 

• Lead and coordinate crews and subcontractors 

• Maintain project schedules and quality standards 

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications 

• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners 

• Promote jobsite safety and company standards 

• Anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward 

• Mentor team members and foster a positive jobsite culture 

• Bags-on and hands-on support as needed.  

What We're Looking For: 

• 5+ years of construction experience 

• Leadership experience in commercial and/or residential construction 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Ability to read construction plans 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
