About the Role 

As a Carpenter, you'll work on a variety of commercial and residential construction projects, helping bring projects to life from demolition and framing to finishes and site cleanup. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a team-oriented environment where quality and teamwork matter. 

What You'll Do 

• Perform skilled carpentry and general construction work 

• Assist with framing, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, cabinetry, and finish work 

• Participate in demolition, site preparation, and site protection 

• Read and work from plans, drawings, and instructions 

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively 

• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite 

• Support teammates and contribute to project success 

What We're Looking For 

• 2+ years of construction or carpentry experience 

• Knowledge of basic construction methods, tools, and safety practices 

• Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
