Founder's Associate (Operations)
About the Role
Join the go-to-market and operations teams at an AI procurement software startup, turning business needs into useful internal tools and automations. This hands-on role helps teams work more efficiently by removing manual processes and quickly delivering practical software.
What You'll Do
Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into shipped tools and automations.
Spot recurring manual workflows and proactively automate them.
Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools, with minimal engineering hand-holding.
Move between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools, prioritizing the work that unblocks the business fastest.
Communicate trade-offs clearly and document solutions so teammates can use and maintain them.
What We're Looking For
A fresh graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.
Experience independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code.
Ability to scope and ship internal tools, work across teams and stakeholders, and document solutions for others.
Comfort working through ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
