Associate Business Systems Analyst
We are hiring an Associate Business Systems Analyst, an entry-level role for a recent graduate, to join the Enterprise Applications team in San Jose, California. You will help us run and improve the business systems that Finance, HR, and Operations depend on every day, including planning and forecasting tools, HR systems, and our ERP.
You will work with an experienced team of analysts and engineers who will coach you. You will start with well-defined tasks and take on more ownership as you learn.

What you will do
Work with business users in Finance, HR, and Operations to understand their needs and write them down as clear requirements and user stories.
Configure and administer business applications, under the guidance of senior team members.
Support users day-to-day: answer questions, investigate issues, and help fix them.
Build and test reports, data loads, and workflow changes, and document the results.
Plan and run user acceptance testing for new features and releases.
Help move data and processes from older systems to newer platforms.
Write and maintain process documents, how-to guides, and training material.
Look for ways to automate manual work and make processes simpler.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, completed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Clear written and spoken communication. You can explain technical ideas to non-technical people and listen well.
Comfort with Excel and basic SQL, from coursework, projects, or an internship.
Basic understanding of how business processes work, such as finance, HR, or supply chain.
Willingness to learn new tools quickly and work with a team.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools that can make business processes faster.
How you will grow
Learn enterprise planning, HR, and ERP systems from senior analysts and engineers on the team.
