Who We Are

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations at our Fremont AFH Warehouse. This includes coordinating all receiving and shipping activities, ensuring proper storage and inventory control, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the safe, efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse.

What You Will Do

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Execute operational procedures for receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in identifying the causes of inventory discrepancies or product loss and partner with the Warehouse Manager to implement corrective actions.
• Identify operational process bottlenecks and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company safety standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional partners to achieve operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
