Técnico Sr. Calidad - Análisis de Fallas

Escolaridad:

Bachelor´s of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.

Objetivo General:

Lead and coordinate the Quality Technician team to ensure proper execution of failure analysis activities project follow-up, material readiness, workshop support, and effective communication between Quality Engineers and Technicians.

Conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades:

• Basic knowledge of Power Tool assembly and functionality.
• Microsoft Office, Power BI.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Test Lab or related field.
• Intermediate English level.
• Knowledge of GD&T, measurement tools, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5 Whys.
• Leadership, accountability, analytical thinking, effective communication, decission-making, project follow up, and ability to work under pressure.

Actividades a realizar:

• Coordinate and execute daily activities related to the Quality Team.
• Lead ORT- related projects to ensure compliance with criteria and schedule.
• Serve as the main communication channel between Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.
• Manage tool workshop activities, including stored tools, scrap process, and material control.
