Operations Supervisor
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring complete control, traceability, allocation, and availability of client-supplied casings and tubing (OCTG) to support both rig mobilization requirements and internal manufacturing operations.
The role ensures seamless coordination between Yard Operations, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Planning to prevent production delays, material mismatches, or traceability deviations. This position is critical to maintaining manufacturing continuity, rig schedule adherence, API Q1 compliance, and full material traceability integrity.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound OCTG receipt & verification
- Inventory management & rig/well segregation
- Manufacturing allocation & release control
- Dispatch & mobilization coordination
- ERP inventory accuracy
- Warehouse safety & supervision
- Cross-functional coordination with Production & QA
- Compliance & QMS Alignment
AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Approves yard material movement, withhold material release in case of traceability gap, stop dispatch for non-compliance and raise NCRs
- Inventory accuracy

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualification
Oral and written communication skills in English for intended audience
Working knowledge of API Q1 and ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
5–8 years experience in Oil & Gas operations
Experience with ADNOC or major operators
