Integration Testing Specialist QA

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As an Integration QA Specialist, you will design and execute comprehensive integration tests to ensure software quality and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and continuously improve testing processes to enhance the overall quality of our solutions.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of experience as a software quality and technology analyst, preferably with 1 year of experience in financial services/products and documentation of manuals and processes.
2. Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, preferably with a master’s degree in processes or projects.
3. Extensive knowledge in software development (web and mobile applications).
4. English proficiency at 80%.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and design test cases based on requirements and specifications and execute functional and non-functional tests.
2. Create detailed user manuals that clearly explain how to use the software and continuously update documentation to reflect changes in the software and improvements in functionality.
3. Evaluate change requests and analyze their impact on existing software.
4. Implement a formal change management process that includes review, approval, and proper documentation.
5. Facilitate review and feedback sessions to learn from successes and areas for improvement in each phase of the software lifecycle.
6. Identify opportunities to optimize testing, documentation, and change management processes, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate team and product quality standards.
7. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and critical areas requiring additional attention.
