Office Manager Salary: Starting at $11 per hour based on education and experience 💵

Job Type: Full-time, Weekends Off 🗓️

Office Manager Number of openings: 1 🧑‍💼

Shift: Monday - Friday with a preferred schedule of 8:00-5:00 PM ⏰

Location: 146 Whispering Pines Road, Washington, NC 27889 📍

Office Manager Job summary and responsibilities:
📞 Answer telephone queries from parents, suppliers, and general inquiries
📂 Office administration, filing, and archiving
🚸 Be familiar with the Center’s Health and Safety policy and ensure your own safety and that of others in the office! 🛡️
🤝 Customer care – ensuring all office-related activities are conducted to a high standard 🌟

 

Office Manager Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 High school diploma
👶 Experience in Early Childhood Education Preferred
🗣️ Must speak both English and Spanish fluently

 

Experience:
🧑‍💼 Office Manager experience preferred

 

Knowledge, abilities, and skills:
💬 Build solid, communication-based relationships with children, their families, and other staff members
📖 Promote literacy throughout the classroom and demonstrate evidence of learning
👩‍🏫 Mastery of classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a team player
🗂️ Strong organizational skills
🧠 Knowledge of child development, learning, and behavior
🎯 Skill in keeping students engaged
