Store Manager – Benson’s Pet Center

Benson’s Pet Center is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations. If you're passionate about pets, enjoy developing teams, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of pet-loving associates.
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve company goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for pet care solutions.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures while creating a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coach and develop employees.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
