About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and own our recruiting function from the ground up. Working closely with leadership and a Recruiting Lead, you will design the processes, tools, and employer brand that allow us to scale hiring efficiently without sacrificing quality. This role carries real ownership and fast decision-making authority at a critical growth stage.

What You'll Do

  • Define clear role requirements in direct collaboration with each hiring manager.

  • Fill the candidate pipeline through active sourcing and multi-channel activation.

  • Run efficient pre-screening and screening calls that produce clear, actionable outcomes.

  • Coordinate all hiring process steps to keep progress smooth and on schedule.

  • Negotiate employment contracts and see offers through to successful closure.

  • Design scalable recruiting strategies and lean operational structures.

  • Build low-overhead administrative hiring workflows and deploy supporting tooling.

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives.

  • Coordinate external partners such as payroll providers, tax advisors, and notaries.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities as the team grows.

  • Establish foundational HR processes, tools, and team culture in close collaboration with founders.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting, or an adjacent background in sales development or business development with a clear path toward talent acquisition excellence.

  • Demonstrated ability to build lean, scalable recruiting processes from scratch and measure them with meaningful KPIs.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.

  • Broad familiarity with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking tools, including configuring and deploying them quickly.

  • Proven skill at identifying both skills fit and cultural fit rapidly across large candidate pools.

  • Strong ability to pitch a company and role compellingly to top candidates.

  • Experience negotiating and closing employment offers, maintaining high standards even under pressure.

  • Employer branding strategy and execution experience is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment.
