Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of clerical and/or legal intake experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients by phone and online
  • Gather, verify, and accurately enter client information
  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clients and visitors
  • Manage referrals and follow-up communications
  • Request and track medical records
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Work independently while assisting with daily case management and client needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's commitment to outstanding client service

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
