Account Manager
Auckland | minimum 40 hours per week | Permanent
Lead from the front in a hands-on account management role in pool valet, pool service, garden maintenance or projects. This is not a desk-based Account Manager role. Deliver specialist work and exceptional client service, coordinate efficient and profitable service delivery, and develop the technical knowledge and capability of the teams. Maintain healthy, well-presented pools, gardens and outdoor spaces while strengthening client relationships and growing revenue from existing and new clients.
The role
- Provide exceptional service to existing and potential clients, meeting their priorities and expectations.
- Deliver quality services, jobs and renovations on time and within budget, with minimal rework.
- Improve operational efficiency, team productivity and utilisation.
- Build personal, team and divisional capability through training and coaching.
- Contribute to a positive culture and a health and safety first mindset.
- Generate profitable revenue through new business and additional services for existing clients.
About You
You have strong technical experience working hands-on in your field, whether that be pool care and maintenance, routine gardening or landscaping projects. This is an opportunity to utilise your leadership, coordination and communication skills. You thrive on being able to build strong relationships and finding win-win solutions for clients and staff.
