Enterprise AI Transformation Lead, DACH
About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing role at a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI platform, leading AI transformation engagements across the DACH region from Munich. You will work directly with the founding team to help large enterprises become AI-native operators, owning regional outcomes and building a local team as the company scales across Europe.
What You'll Do
Own the regional rollout of the platform across DACH, working from Munich and driving measurable outcomes.
Act as a strategic AI transformation partner to C-suite leaders including CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.
Run each account like a consulting engagement: stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmap design, rollout, and results tracking.
Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and build the first agents yourself to prove value.
Scale adoption org-wide after early wins, using workshops, executive briefings, and strategy-focused quarterly reviews.
Navigate complex enterprise politics to find internal champions, remove blockers, and grow impact.
Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, prioritizing needs and pushing back when necessary.
Continuously automate your own workflows by building agents and processes on the platform.
Help grow and shape the Munich team as the regional presence expands.
What We're Looking For
3 or more years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation, consulting, or an AI-native operating role.
Background from a top-tier management consulting firm, a high-growth AI company, or equivalent hands-on transformation experience, ideally with founder-level ownership.
Proven track record leading C-level engagements and large-scale enterprise change programs.
Deep hands-on AI experience: building and deploying production agents, selecting models, designing evaluations, and integrating with enterprise architecture.
Commercial acumen across renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
Experience building or scaling a regional team.
Native-level German proficiency; based in Munich or ready to relocate.
High agency, fast decision-making, concise communication, and a low-ego, high-ownership mindset.
