Job Description:

Serve as the Project Manager responsible for managing end-to-end project execution and tracking customer accounts. Collaborate closely with internal and client engineering teams to solve technical issues, fulfill client requirements, and drive feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Direct end-to-end project execution through consistent milestone monitoring and successful closure.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks early to maintain delivery stability, quality, and timelines.

• Incident & Escalation Management: Deliver prompt, actionable responses to customer inquiries, owning issue resolution and post-delivery follow-ups.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align engineering, product, and operations teams to clear cross-departmental bottlenecks.

• Client Engagement: Partner with key client stakeholders through structured communication and regular reviews to build strategic trust.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Program Manager in the tech industry.

• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and standard project management software (e.g., Jira).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).

• Experience managing B2B enterprise software or hardware projects.
