Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Apply Guy and its job-search and application services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your direction and responsibility

The Service helps discover jobs and prepare or submit applications at your direction. You are responsible for reviewing your profile, resume, generated answers, and every application you authorize. You represent that the information submitted for you is truthful and that you are authorized to apply for the relevant positions.

Automated and AI-assisted features

Automated and AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is a tool, not legal, immigration, financial, or career advice. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employer responses, application acceptance, or uninterrupted compatibility with third-party recruiting systems.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• submit false, deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, or unauthorized applications;
• use another person's identity, credentials, resume, or inbox without permission;
• circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
• interfere with the Service or use it to distribute malware or abusive traffic; or
• resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except where law expressly permits.

Third-party services

Employers, job boards, applicant-tracking systems, Google, and other integrations operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability and decisions are outside our control. Your use of those services may create a direct relationship between you and the relevant third party.

Plans and limits

Accounts may be subject to application quotas, feature limits, or plan-specific rules shown in the Service. We may change free features or limits prospectively. Any future paid offering will disclose its price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and carry out your requested applications.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, address security risk, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, or decisions made by employers or third parties. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
